viridel.com is operated by Viridel Inc. (“Viridel”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or email us, and the choices you have. Tauroid, our product, has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising, and sets no cookies.

• When you visit. Our hosting provider receives the technical information every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We do not use it to identify you.
• When you email us. Your email address and whatever your message contains. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Browser storage

The site keeps your scroll position in your browser's session storage so that going back returns you to the same place. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and Google Workspace handles our email; each processes the information above on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and for our business records. Our hosting provider keeps request logs for a short period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@viridel.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
